Location is very good and easy to find, just 5 mins from metro and 4 stations from train station also near supermarket and tourist attractions. Staff was very kind, you can use and eat everythings in the kitchen. They also offered the fresh water, bread, coffee everyday, and gave us very useful information. Something likes the sightseeing point, the bank, the food, the room and bathroom also clean and warm. They have fan and tv in the room. Shampoo and body wash in bathroom

Everything looked really nice and clean, the beds were good, staff very friendly and helpful. The B&B setting made us feel at home and we were actually a little sorry that we could not spend more time here.

Location of this B&B is unknown to thw people in the neighbourhood and we had a hard time finding it the first day. Really print out a Google Maps map beforehand!

Everything was wonderful! The owner was very helpful and went out of his way many times to make us happy. I enjoyed staying here. We were able to relax in a clean environment. I loved the kitchen where you could just make your own food or tea and coffee whenever you liked. The owner brought fresh pastries and croissants every morning. It was also located right next to the san giovanni metro stop which took us everywhere we needed to go.

The family who own this place are very helpful and have tried to make it a very comfortable place to stay. He even brought us a fan when it was hot. The location is good, a short walk from the metro station.

The double bed in our room was actually a sofa bed, which was comfortable, but it was very squeaky. We had to put the mattress on the floor or else it was too noisy for us to sleep.

Special thanks to Victor - the owner of apartment!.He was very kind and .nice with us. Every morning he brought fresh warm croissants! Exellent breakfests, coffee! Very comfortable room! If you try to find this place go from Metro S. Giovanni to Via. Appia Nuova , go right side of the street, you will see Via.Faleria, turn to the right, on second crossroad to the left and to the left again to Via. Suessola.On the left side first door, push the button a room for hollyday, 3 floor.

We as a group of 7 stayed there for two night. The owner arranged for us to stay like in one apartment so everything was so cool with us. We felt like we were really home. Everything was there. We could easily get a coffee or tea or cook whatever we want as all the necessary stuffs are provided in the kitchen.

It is a bit difficult to find this hotel as it does not have the real board outside to show the name of the hotel. We have to spend like 5 mins to look for it even it is just 2 meters away from us. A little bit noise upstairs. The most unsatisfied thing about this hotel is that the owner told me heating system in the whole building would be turned on at 2 pm and turned off at 10pm. It was so cold at night.

It makes you feel like home, in the Rome

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room, clean, and lovely. Kitchen with everything you need, and great breakfast. Would definably stay again if visit Rome in the future.

When we first came to the apartment the gentlemen welcomed us very friendly. He explained everything you need for a trip. Excellent bedroom size. The WiFi was very fast which was a good thing as I had to do some assignment for my study using the Internet was fantastic. He brought everyday fresh croissant. There is also self catering facility which was really good. It is very close to San Giovanni. On the check out day he allowed us to keep the bag in the apartment because our flight was at 7pm. If I ever come back to Rome I will come back to this apartment.

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment.

Nice clean room with a balcony. We could use the kitchen to prepare meals, there was a lovely coffee maker, fridge and breakfast cerial and fresh pastries every day for our use. As well as clean drinking water we did not have to buy water.
